We ensure that our product descriptions are as accurate as possible, so that our customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching your order, we undertake strict quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Kindly note that each saree is handcrafted, so there might be natural variations in the weave, print pattern or colour of the textile. These variations are a hallmark of handmade craftsmanship and not considered defects.

Each saree is carefully handcrafted by our master artisans. Unfortunately, we do not have a return policy unless there is a manufacturing defect. In that case, you will have to inform us within 24 hoursĀ of delivery.

In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders requiring a partial advance payment, such advance amount shall be strictly non-refundable if the customer fails to accept delivery, refuses the order, or the order is returned due to non-availability or non-response.

Ā If the product sent to you is defective, we request you to inform us with images as a proof within 24 hoursĀ of receiving the product. Since we do not have reverse shipping, you would have to ship the product back to us. Once we receive the defective product, we will ship you another product immediately or we can refund the amount you paid while placing order.

We should receive the product shipping details within 72 hours of our communication regarding the issue. Shipping charges will be extra in case of returns.

In case of a missing item claim, we require an unboxing video of the package from start to finish, clearly showing the seal being opened and the contents of the parcel.
