-Do all sarees come with blouse piece?
All our sarees come with a hand block printed blouse piece.

-When can I expect my order? How many days does it take for
delivery?
We ship within 3-4 days of you placing the order. For domestic shipping it
takes 4-5 days. In case of any exception we would call and inform you.

-What is the Return Policy?
Each saree is carefully handcrafted by our master artisans. Unfortunately, we
do not have a return policy unless there is a manufacturing defect. In that
case, you will have to inform us within 2 days of delivery.

-What are the shipping charges for domestic and international
shipping?
We offer free shipping pan India. In case of international shipping, we would
request you to drop us a mail at brijbaristudio@gmail.com.

-What are the modes of payment?
You can pay through Online Payment while check out.

-What if my product is defective?
If the product sent to you is defective, we request you to inform us within 2
days of receiving the product. Since we do not have reverse shipping, you
would have to ship the product back to us. Once we receive the defective
product, we will ship you another product immediately or we can refund the
amount you paid while placing order.

-Can I visit your studio?
You can surely visit our studio, with a prior appointment.
We work from 10 am - 06 pm, from Monday to Saturday.

-Will I get all the products in the office?
Yes, you may get all the products available on our website in the studio
depending upon the availability. We advice you to confirm the same before coming.

-Can I make payment through card at your office?
You will be required to place the order through website only or make a cash payment in case you are picking up the saree from our studio.

-Are there physical stores for Brij Bari?
No, we do not have a store for Brij Bari yet.

-Who are your courier partners? How do I track my order?
We have tied up with various courier partners and we shall update you with
tracking details once your order is processed.

-Do you gift wrap a saree if I have to send it as a gift?
We pack each saree as a special gift to you. All you have to do is put the
person’s details in the delivery address section and we shall ship the saree. In
case, you would want to add a message for the person, you can drop it in the
notes section during checkout

-Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Yes, all prices shown in site are including taxes. However, the customs duty
or a tax/charges that may be levied as per the local laws based on the country will be borne by you.

-Are the products shown on website accurate?
Products on our website are carefully handmade by our master artisans. We
take great care in ensuring that we photograph all our products under
standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to
the product. However, there may be minor variations in the colour of the
fabric, dyes or prints of the product image you see on your monitor / mobile
phone screens / laptops etc. and the actual product. However, since these are handmade products, there could be very minor variations. The imperfections of the handmade sarees just add to the beauty of it.

-Can I preorder a saree which is sold out?
You can absolutely pre order the saree which you like. We’ll make sure to
send your favourite saree to you as soon as possible.
